New Miami Eating places: South Seaside Brewing, Log Hearth Signature, and Ok-Bop Bop

Korean delicacies has arrived on the Carousel Membership at Gulfstream Park. The brand new vendor from Mad Room Hospitality — additionally recognized for Ball & Chain, Mai-Kai, Los Altos Taquerias, and Taquerias el Mexicano — not too long ago opened Ok-Bop Bop contained in the open-air venue. Dishes embrace Korean fried hen wings coated in a sweet-spicy sauce, bibimbap-inspired bowls, bulgogi (grilled skirt steak), boneless hen thighs, and samgyeopsal (pork in a garlic-soy glaze). Plant-based choices embrace sautéed greens and vegan tofu. 4 p.m. to three a.m. Friday, midday to three a.m. Saturday, and midday to 10 p.m. Sunday.

New Miami restaurant Log Hearth Signature not too long ago opened in Wynwood, an institution impressed by fireplace and helmed by chef Calvin Daniele, an Argentinian native who has cooked at Miami-based Tigre and Walrus Rodeo. At Log Hearth Signature, breads, pitas, pizzas, and prime meats are fired underneath pink oak wooden, giving dishes a contact of umami taste. The menu spotlights a Wagyu beef tartare, wood-fired oysters, grilled langoustines, and a pizza topped with scamorza and mozzarella cheeses, pancetta, and leeks. 6 to 11 p.m. Tuesday by way of Sunday.

After greater than 4 years in planning — and a handful of short-term pop-up areas — South Seaside Brewing Firm has relocated to its everlasting Miami Seaside dwelling. The brewery not too long ago opened the doorways to its Key West-style brewery, taproom, and beer backyard. The model is greatest recognized for its brunch-inspired beers just like the strawberry orange mimosa and South Seaside bellini glowing ale. Inside, the taproom gives friends a bar designed to pay homage to Miami Seaside with paintings and murals created by native Miami artist, the late David “Lebo” LeBatard. Menus spotlight craft beer, wine, cocktails — some infused with South Seaside Brewing beer — and meals. Dishes vary from fish dip and queso, chips, and salsa to a Cuban-inspired quesadilla and street-style pork tacos.
